AI Startup Hayden AI Sues Former CEO Over Data Theft Allegations
Hayden AI, a San Francisco-based developer of spatial analytics tools, has filed a lawsuit against its former CEO, alleging theft of proprietary data and fraudulent actions. The company claims Chris Carson, who now leads a competing AI startup, took 41GB of sensitive company emails and engaged in misconduct before his removal in September 2024.
