MIT Hackathon Develops Technologies for Challenges in Wartime Ukraine
MIT's Build for Ukraine 2.0 hackathon brought together students, researchers, and Ukrainian partners to address urgent technological challenges driven by the ongoing war in Ukraine. Multinational teams rapidly developed AI and engineering prototypes, including tools for de-mining, drone detection, nuclear safety, and combating disinformation. Several projects are expected to continue through university research collaborations.
